National, July 22, 2024: Paras Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Usha Rajeev as an Independent Director on its Board. Mrs. Rajeev brings a wealth of experience in governance, audit and risk management from her distinguished career spanning over 29 years at Price Waterhouse, India (member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers International). She joined the firm in 1988 and served as a Partner for over 19 years until her retirement in May 2018.
On the new appointment, Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director of Paras Health, stated, “It is a pleasure to have Mrs. Usha Rajeev join the Paras Health Board as an Independent Director. I am sure that with her expertise in audit & risk management, she will be able to significantly contribute in achieving our objectives by strengthening the right checks & balances. Mrs. Usha Rajeev holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours course) from the University of Delhi, SRCC. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
