These initiatives are intended not only to enhance communication and address employee grievances, but also to reinforce the essentials of work ethics within the organization as it continues to grow and succeed. This is particularly crucial as Equentis has on-boarded many fresh talents over the past year.

This series aims to create an open dialogue between employees and HR, ensuring that all voices are heard and concerns are addressed promptly.
