Erez Simha to Help Accelerate Growth of Apifiny’s Digital Asset Trading and Liquidity Solutions for Institutional Traders, Exchanges, and Market Makers.

Mr. Simha brings over 20 years of experience in global finance, operations management, and executive leadership in global public and private tech companies. His experience includes executive finance and operations roles with Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS), Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK), Mercurity Fintech Holdings (Nasdaq: MFH) and two private tech companies, Roo and Ju.st Inc, among others.
Throughout his career, Mr. Simha has assumed broad responsibilities in all aspects of global finance, operations, M&A activity, IT infrastructure, HR, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, risk management, and legal and investor relations in global hyper-growth environments. Before joining Apifiny, he served as the president and chief financial officer of Mercurity Fintech holding (MFH), and chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Roo Inc. (2019 to 2020) and Ju.st Inc (2017 -2019), where he directed all aspects of executive leadership. Prior to that, Mr. Simha was global chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Stratasys (2011 – 2017), a company he took public, and chief financial officer at Orbotech (2004 – 2011).
