Course objective:

This program is ideal for understanding in depth the one word that plagues everybody- Problems.(problems related to
costings/objections from customers/markets to penetrate/cross cultural barriers or managing cross cultural teams/workplace dynamics situations/project management issues-anything at all) And then also developing the capability to decide with an overall win-win in mind. That’s why this program is ideal for tactical as well as strategic roles.

What it includes:

Understanding paradigm of problems/Identifying the types of problems/Scoping the Problem correctly/RCA/Types of
Decisions/Some models like Lotus Bloom or PMI Technique or Paired comparative analysis and a few more. Depending on
client requirements less or more models can be covered.
