Seasoned global HR executive with over two decades of international experience joins TBO to lead its people strategy as the company accelerates its global expansion
National, February 24th, 2026: TBO Tek Limited (NSE: TBOTEK, BSE: 544174), one of the world’s leading B2B travel technology platforms, informed that Tek Travels DMCC, UAE, a Material Subsidiary of the Company has appointed Ms. Aditi Madhok-Naarden as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective February 23, 2026. In this role, Ms. Aditi will lead TBO’s global people strategy.
Ms. Aditi joins TBO with over two decades of international HR leadership experience across Technology, Financial Services, Food & Beverages and FMCG sectors. She has held senior people leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including Lloyds Banking Group, Tate & Lyle, The Body Shop International, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, IBM and Infosys — leading large-scale transformation programmes, driving equity, diversity and inclusion agendas, and building world-class people organizations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa and the Americas.
A trained coach & mentor and a British Chevening Scholar, Ms. Aditi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has been awarded for Change Management by ‘Human Resources’ magazine and also recognized as a finalist for ‘Best Workplace Culture & Engagement’ at the HRM Awards. Ms. Aditi is a frequent speaker at major international HR forums.
