The framework is backed by extensive research and practical organizational insights.
Amazing Workplaces® is an integrated HR and employer branding platform that helps organizations evaluate, strengthen, and showcase their people management practices through research-backed surveys and certification.
Organizations that are legally registered, operational for at least one year, and have a minimum of 10 full-time employees on payroll are eligible to apply.
No. The survey is chargeable. The fee covers survey administration, data collection, analysis, and certification evaluation.
Organizations may additionally opt for a detailed assessment and benchmarking report, which is priced separately.
Organizations must achieve a minimum overall score of 70%, based on employee survey results and audit interviews.
The survey is conducted online using a 7-point Likert scale and is shared directly with employees through a secure link.
The Amazing Workplaces® certification is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Yes. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Data security is governed by our privacy policy, and NDAs can be signed upon request.
