With a proven leadership and success track record, she has exceptional experience in M&A spin-offs, debt syndication, structured finance products related to real estate businesses, and corporate functions.
Gauri possesses vast experience in shareholder value creation, ESG, corporate governance, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.
Gauri is an influential women leader with over twenty-seven years of rich experience in the real estate sector. She has held numerous leadership positions, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in finance, corporate functions, and strategic financial management. Before this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Suraj Estate Group and was responsible for the financial operations. She has also held different leadership positions at the Bhairaav Group, Basar Group of Companies, Essel Group and Prabhat Group of Companies.
