He will lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across the company’s group entities, focusing on talent development, organisational effectiveness, and building a future-ready workforce.
Mr. Buttar brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across renewable energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, and telecommunications. He has held key positions at organisations including INA Solar, Sterlite Technologies, Volkswagen, Škoda Auto, Piramal Healthcare, and Videocon Industries. He holds a PGDM in HR and Operations Management from ITM Group of Institutions and has completed an Executive Development Programme in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. His expertise includes business transformation, talent management, greenfield HR setups, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
