PNGI Hosts 5th Women Achievers Award Ceremony to Honor Inspiring Women Leaders
New Delhi, May 14, 2025 — The Professional Network Group of India (PNGI) successfully hosted the 5th edition of the Women Achievers Award Ceremony, celebrating extraordinary women who have made significant contributions across diverse fields such as education, healthcare, social service, entrepreneurship, arts, sports, and literature.
Held at the prestigious Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences (LDIMS), Mandi Road, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, the event drew participation from across the country and witnessed an inspiring gathering of dignitaries, professionals, and award recipients. The ceremony aimed to honor women’s achievements and bring attention to the impactful work they are doing to uplift society.
The awards were organized by PNGI under the able guidance of Zoha Ashfaq, Founder of the PNGI Forum. Zoha is an experienced administrator with a strong background in the talent consulting industry and has been instrumental in promoting PNGI as a recognition platforms for leaders.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Vinod Bapna, Chairman of PNGI. In his address, he emphasized the critical importance of channeling the immense potential within women for the betterment of the nation. “Every woman holds within her a powerful force that, when given the right direction, can transform not just families but entire communities,” he said.
Mr. Yogesh Munjal, Founder and Managing Director of Munjal Showa Ltd., graced the event as the Chief Guest. Speaking to the audience, he remarked, “Award ceremonies like these don’t just honour women—they bring their inspiring stories of struggle, resilience, and triumph to the forefront, motivating countless others.”
Distinguished guests at the event included Ms. Ibha Lal, Chairperson & CHRO, ASK Automotive Group; Mr. Vikram Singh, Regional PF Commissioner (West Zone, Gurugram); Mr. Sachin Sharma, Vice Chairman; and Mr. Jalaj Sharma, Director of People, Watermark Associates.
The awardees represented a cross-section of Indian society—leaders and contributors in fields often underrepresented or under-acknowledged. The event highlighted their journeys and offered a platform for sharing stories that can inspire the next generation of women leaders.
