Mr. Mukhopadhyay brings over three decades of deep and diverse experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
He has successfully led safety programs across large-scale industrial operations and is widely recognized for his expertise in embedding safety into organizational culture through strategic interventions and people-first policies. He joins Shree Cement with a proven track record in building high-impact safety systems that prioritize both compliance and care.
In his new role at Shree Cement, Mr. Mukhopadhyay will lead the company’s overall safety strategy and help strengthen its safety culture across plants and project sites. He will focus on developing unified frameworks, promoting behavioural safety practices, and ensuring the highest standards of workplace health and safety in line with global best practices.
