Will continue to lead Thyrocare Technologies in his current role as MD & CEO
New Delhi, 6th August 2025: Thyrocare Technologies Limited, a leading healthcare diagnostics company, has announced that its current Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rahul Guha, will additionally assume the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of API Holdings Limited, the ultimate holding company of Thyrocare, effective from August 27, 2025.
Mr. Guha, while continuing in his current leadership role at Thyrocre, will also take on the additional responsibilities at API Holdings. His appointment reflects the group’s commitment to strengthening synergies across its portfolio and driving integrated growth.
The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of API Holdings and was subsequently approved by its Board of Directors. With this development, the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of API Holdings, Mr. Siddharth Shah, has been re-designated as Director and Vice Chairman of the company.
Mr. Guha previously served as President of Operations at API Holdings, where he played a key role in aligning operations across the API group of companies. In his expanded role, he will continue to focus on long-term growth and integration throughout the ecosystem while leading Thyrocare’s ongoing transformation and growth.
