Sydney, Australia – Canva, a global leader in online design and visual communication tools, has announced the appointment of Kelly Steckelberg as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Steckelberg, known for her exceptional leadership and financial expertise, will officially begin her role on November 26, 2024.

Steckelberg brings a wealth of experience to Canva, having served as CFO at Zoom, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2019 and its meteoric rise during the pandemic. Her strategic acumen also stems from leadership roles at Cisco and her time as CEO of Zoosk, a tech-driven online dating platform.
