18th November 2025: The Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) at its meeting held earlier this week approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vynsley Fernandes as Whole-time Director of HGS & Chief Executive Officer – Media Business; for a period of 3 years w.e.f. November 14, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
