Fostering a culture that values and celebrates shared success, this -of-a-kind initiative organized as part of its ‘Profit-share Bonanza’ employee appreciation program, is designed to acknowledge the dedication, commitment, and collaborative spirit of the people who have been instrumental in achieving company’s last financial year’s sales target.
The ‘Profit-share Bonanza’ program represents a core value -recognizing every employee’s contribution and honoring the hard work that has built the company’s legacy. Since the inception of this program in 2013, Casagrand has taken employees on memorable journeys to iconic destinations worldwide, beginning with its inaugural trip to Singapore with 50 team members. This annual event has since grown exponentially, taking employees to Thailand in 2014, Sri Lanka in 2015, Dubai in 2016, and Malaysia in 2018. In 2019, Casagrand expanded its travel itinerary beyond Asia, treating employees to an inspiring trip to London. Even during the post pandemic phase, amid travel restrictions, the company upheld this tradition, organizing trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi in 2021, and recently visiting Switzerland in 2022 and Australia in 2023.
What started as an international trip for a small group has transformed into an event hosting a significant number of employees today, where the company is all set to honor 1,000 employees with an unforgettable trip to Spain, marking yet another milestone in its commitment to celebrating the dedication of its people.
