New integration embeds recognition into daily workflows, helping managers act faster and giving HR better visibility across teams

New Delhi, India, 4th May 2026: Vantage Circle, a global employee recognition and wellness platform, announced that the global tech giant Wipro has embedded the Vantage Circle agent into Microsoft 365 Copilot to increase the effectiveness of its employee recognition and rewards platform. The deployment is designed to help improve recognition consistency, reduce manual effort, and give leaders better visibility into employee contributions across teams.

For large enterprises like Wipro, delivering a consistent employee experience is often complex. In such a working environment managers may have limited bandwidth. This can result in employee contributions going unnoticed, leading to uneven recognition and missed opportunities to appreciate employees. In addition, uncertainty around award selection and the effort required to switch between tools to capture context can delay appreciation. Over time, all these factors often contribute to making employees feel less valuable and affect overall employee morale.

To address these challenges, Wipro integrated the Vantage Circle agent into Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, enabling managers to recognize employees seamlessly within the tools they already use. By connecting Copilot with enterprise data, workflows, and Microsoft 365 knowledge sources such as emails and Teams messages, the solution helps surface meaningful recognition opportunities and recommend timely, contextual appreciation. This helps managers act without leaving the flow of work and gives organizations better visibility into recognition gaps and consistency.

The deployment also showed strong early traction. At Wipro, the embedded experience drove 200+ MAU within the first two weeks, signaling early adoption and validating the demand for recognition experiences built inside the platforms employees already use.

Speaking on this, Mr. Partha Neog, CEO and Co-founder of Vantage Circle, said, “We are seeing a shift in how organizations use AI to build stronger workplace cultures. In large enterprises, recognition often gets delayed not due to a lack of intent, but due to missed moments. Our integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot helps bring recognition closer to where work actually happens, making it easier for managers to appreciate contributions in a timely, relevant, and meaningful way.”

By embedding recognition into the tools where work already happens, Wipro and Vantage Circle are demonstrating how AI can help enterprises move beyond delayed, fragmented appreciation systems toward a more consistent, data-driven, and human-centered recognition culture.
