Saurabh brings over 23 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, exports, and retail industries – a diverse background that the company believes will be instrumental as Spring House deepens its presence in the flexible-workspace market and expands into new geographies.
In his new role, Saurabh will oversee end-to-end operations, drive expansion of existing centers, and lead operational efficiencies as Spring House scales its footprint. The appointment comes at a time when Spring House Workspaces is rapidly growing, bringing its total footprint across Delhi-NCR to over 8 lakh square feet, spanning more than 25 centers.

Prior to joining Spring House Workspaces, Saurabh served as CEO of VNS Accessories and has held senior leadership roles with FS Life (FableStreet | Pink Fort), Madhubani Exports, White Rock International, and Indsource International – driving sourcing, merchandising, operations, and global business expansion.
He also continues as founder of White Rock Consultare, a consultancy he established over 18 years ago. Saurabh holds an AGMP from IIM Ahmedabad, an MBA from JIMS Rohini, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a Fashion Merchandising & Production Technology diploma from Pearl Academy.
