Bangalore, March 13, 2026: Strengthening its leadership team in line with its ongoing growth trajectory, 315Work Avenue has announced the appointment of Archana Chaudhari, a seasoned HR professional as Head – Workspace People & Culture. In her new role, she will lead 315Work Avenue’s people strategy, talent development, and culture-building initiatives, overseeing the organisation’s people and culture initiatives, driving talent strategy, and supporting organizational development.
Archana brings close to two decades of experience with deep expertise in talent strategy, change management, and organizational development. She has been closely associated with driving large- scale people transformation mandates and building high-performance cultures aligned with business objectives. Prior to joining 315Work Avenue, Archana was associated with Cushman & Wakefield for more than a decade.
