Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has approved the reappointment of Vynsley Fernandes as Whole-time Director and CEO of its Media Business for a three-year term starting November 14, 2025. Fernandes will continue to lead HGS’s digital media ecosystem, including NXTDIGITAL, ONEOTT iNTERTAINMENT Ltd., and related technology and content services.
