NLB Services has entered the Global Capability Center (GCC) market with a “GCC-as-a-Service” offering. Abhilash Raghavan is appointed Chief Business Officer to lead strategy. The company targets USD 200 million in GCC revenue over the next five years across India, North America, Asia, UK, and Europe.
