New Delhi, College Vidya a one-stop solution for making informed online education choices, recently conducted a Gender Sensitivity Workshop week as part of its ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive and safe workplace. The workshop focused on promoting inclusivity, gender equality, and workplace safety.
Mrs. Kavita Rawat, a renowned women entrepreneur and social activist with extensive experience in women empowerment NGOs, led the workshop. Her expertise provided valuable insights to employees on contributing to an inclusive work environment.
The workshop provided an open forum for employees to share their views on creating a more inclusive workplace, facilitated discussions on understanding and preventing gender-based violence, and educated participants on the importance of fostering safe and respectful work environments.
This is a part of College Vidya’s broader commitment to inclusivity, which includes several ongoing initiatives. The company has established an Internal Complaints Committee with a track record of zero complaints, implemented an Open Door Policy for direct communication with leadership, adopted a Gender-Neutral Hiring and Pay Policy to ensure equality at all levels, and put in place regular feedback mechanisms to amplify employee voices.
