HR SUCCESS TALK has launched its 6th Global Excellence Awards 2022.
The Global Excellence Awards is an initiative by HR SUCCESS TALK to recognise the various individuals or organizations for their outstanding performance and achievements in their respective fields. Each year, HR SUCCESS TALK organizes these awards twice and gives awards in various categories related to Business, Education and Social Work. They also focus on awarding and appreciating the work done by our Young Leaders. Every year, they award approx 100 individuals and organizations for making an impact globally. For selection of the award, they have a global panel of Jury who are well known in their fields.
This year, HR SUCCESS TALK has launched its 6th series of awards “The Global Excellence Awards powered by Offineeds in March 2022” and the Awards distribution will be held on July 9th 2022 after following the due process.

The Global Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Awards are initiated for the organizations to highlight their outstanding achievements that have developed practices and policies that foster diversity and inclusion to promote an inclusive environment and culture for their employees and the society at large.
Eligibility : Any individual or corporate who has taken initiatives in the field of Diversity & Inclusion
Who Can Apply?
- Nominations are invited from individuals/organisations that have Diversity & Inclusion at the heart of its business, providing outstanding support and opportunities to women, people from diverse backgrounds, differently abled people etc. Also evidence that the intent is not to have a D&I strategy because it is a nice thing to do but to recognise and embrace the benefits of a truly diverse workforce.

- A clear narrative that demonstrates why the D&I strategy was implemented and how it is linked to broader business strategy
- Evidence of the organisation’s Diversity & Inclusion statistics and how these are evaluated

8. The Global Excellence in HR Transformation
Corporate / Individual Category
The Global Excellence in HR Transformation (for Corporations / Individuals) is being launched to showcase their excellent achievements in terms of technology and hybrid working, as well as developed practices and policies that support hybrid and remote working.
Eligibility : Any individual /corporate who has played role in HR transformation of any organization
Who Can Apply?
- Nominations will include individuals/organizations that have completed a successful people-focused business transformation programme. Areas that will be assessed include making the business case for change, its communication, implementation and measurement. Entries can include those where external interim resources have been brought in, to achieve a positive outcome and successful merger and acquisition programmes.
Certain questions to answer while applying:
- An innovative change/transformation programme that makes a clear business case for change
- How effectively the programme is communicated, implemented and measured, including how it has overcome any resistance
- The role that HR has played in the programme, such as when HR was brought into the process and its impact
- Evidence of success: how it has strengthened the organisation – please use metrics, anecdotes, customer feedback and case studies.
- Programs that have been in place for at least 9 months to demonstrate its success.

The Global Community Impact (for organizations and individuals) is conceptualized to recognise the impact of their efforts to society through their outstanding work and contributions to the development of society or community.
The Global Impact Awards bring communities and individuals together under one roof to celebrate global impact and achievement.
Eligibility : Any individual /organization who has created an impact by doing social work
Who Can Apply? : Any individual /corporate who has created an impact by doing social work
