New Delhi, 4th July 2022: Campus 365, the EdTech software company, announced that it has come up with a new policy, WE -Women-Express Policy, to address the personal and professional challenges faced by its female employees. Further, the newly rolled out policy will encourage the female employees to come forward and express any of their issues without hesitation. Saumyaa Agarwal, Marketing Head of Campus 365, will be responsible to address these issues and take disciplinary actions to resolve them.

“Any type of employee concern, we believe, should be resolved quickly and fairly. It is important to work out our problems and to return to amicable and productive workplace relationships as soon as possible. We have come up with ‘WE’ (Women-Express), an exclusive policy for all our women employees to hear them out and help them in the best possible way.” said Saumyaa Agarwal, Marketing Head of Campus 365.

This comes after a previous incident at Campus 365, in which a female employee was unable to express her work-related concern to anyone which prompted top management to develop a structured and exclusive policy for their female employees where they can discuss their issue and challenges to come up with a feasible solution. Additionally, the policy aims to promote the fair treatment of women employees by encouraging communication and resolving issues quickly.

The new policy has been laid out in consideration to its workforce that majorly constitutes of women. The female employees might be facing issues on the professional and personal front that are not openly expressed.

The ‘WE – Women-Express’ will address the following issues related to women employees  including; mental health issues; work-life imbalance; sexual harassment; gender pay gap; equal career opportunities/ gender bias; staff conflict; women security and racial discrimination.

The company further stated that the most common issue that many female employees highlighted is work-related bias.  A similar issue was addressed by the company where a competitive employee was unable to speak out. After the commencement of WE Policy, the employee was able to openly express her snag which led to solving the differences on time and allowing the company to return to a productive workplace once again.

Campus 365 implemented the policy in its premises on June 2022 and has received a positive response ever since.
