New Delhi, 4th July 2022: Campus 365, the EdTech software company, announced that it has come up with a new policy, WE -Women-Express Policy, to address the personal and professional challenges faced by its female employees. Further, the newly rolled out policy will encourage the female employees to come forward and express any of their issues without hesitation. Saumyaa Agarwal, Marketing Head of Campus 365, will be responsible to address these issues and take disciplinary actions to resolve them.
“Any type of employee concern, we believe, should be resolved quickly and fairly. It is important to work out our problems and to return to amicable and productive workplace relationships as soon as possible. We have come up with ‘WE’ (Women-Express), an exclusive policy for all our women employees to hear them out and help them in the best possible way.” said Saumyaa Agarwal, Marketing Head of Campus 365.
This comes after a previous incident at Campus 365, in which a female employee was unable to express her work-related concern to anyone which prompted top management to develop a structured and exclusive policy for their female employees where they can discuss their issue and challenges to come up with a feasible solution. Additionally, the policy aims to promote the fair treatment of women employees by encouraging communication and resolving issues quickly.
