Mental health platform AtEase joins hands with SOCIAL restaurants to host Queernama, a workshop for Queer individuals

Mumbai, 15th June 2022: On the occasion of the ongoing Pride month, Lilac Insights’ inclusive mental health platform AtEase continues to highlight their essential core value – inclusivity through the launch of Queernama, a mental health workshop for Queer individuals.

 

Queer individuals experience a wide range of unique and overlapping challenges that puts them at a greater risk of developing mental health conditions. Hence, self-care is very important- to manage their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. To support queer individuals, AtEase in collaboration with SOCIAL restaurants is organizing mental health workshops in multiple cities.

 

Below are the workshops lined up across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore:

  • Location: Delhi
  • Date and Time: 18th June 2022, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
  • Venue: SOCIAL, Vasant Kunj
  • Fees: Registration Fees INR 1500 (includes F&B worth INR 750). Early Bird Discount of INR 250

 

About the Workshop: This art-based mental health workshop uses the creative process of making art to enhance a person’s emotional well-being. This can help individuals manage their feelings, reduce stress, improve self-esteem, and enhance awareness. Join this workshop curated by AtEase expert Sharmeen Kaur Khurana.
