Amit has worked across portfolios in Business Transformation & Growth, Strategy & Consulting, Business Restructuring, Change Management, Digital Strategy, Financial Analysis & Impact, Leadership & Capacity Development, and Operations & Customer Services Management. Sumit Mundra

Sumit has more than 2 decades of experience, as a practitioner and advisor, in the domain of leadership development, talent strategy, organization culture, change management and strategic communication. His role as an HR leader is to embed HR strategy into business strategy, develop execution rigour and inspire a bias for action. Over the last 2 decades, he has coached clients and business leaders on driving change and embedding it in the culture of their team/ organization to make change stick.

He has experience of setting up teams from scratch and leading teams with footprints in all habitable continents of the world. He is deeply passionate about learning and capability building. He has been instrumental in designing developmental programs for different leadership cohorts, developed content and curriculum and leveraged blended learning to create unique learning experience for participants. Topics of interest where he has facilitated hundreds of workshops include coaching, self-mastery, powerful communication and centered leadership. He has experience of leading small group and large group (750+ people) interventions.

He enjoys bringing lessons from diverse disciplines like neuroscience, somatic science, behavioural psychology, positive psychology, etc. to his professional life as an HR practitioner, facilitator and coach.
