Gender parity needs to move beyond tier 1, tier 2 and middle management and show up more in top leadership positions.

Accept each one as a whole human. Treat women with kindness and respect and ensure that decisions are not gender based.

Recognize their achievements and contributions without any biases.

Support them through skill-building initiatives and build on the learning curve in their career
