VFS Global partners TAAI and THSC to train underprivileged women in hospitality
This programme is aligned with VFS Global’s focus on women empowerment and youth skilling in India and was initiated to support Women in TAAI & Tourism (WITT) – TAAI’s social initiative to support women in the travel and tourism sector.
New milestones for VFS Global in building gender diverse workforce
The ratio of women leaders in the company increased by 7% over the last two years, reaching 27% in 2022. We also maintained a gender ratio of 57% women in our global workforce of over 8,800.
