SHRM India Talent Conference 2021:Experts discuss about talent wellbeing and development on the second and concluding day of the event

 

New Delhi, 16th April 2021:SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) India, as the voice of all things work, workers and the workplacetoday concluded #SHRMITalent21, one of the biggest HR conference in India which puts people first. The two day conference saw a confluence of ideas from the foremost expert, convener and thought leader on issues impacting today’s evolving workplaces

The two Day Virtual Conference was attended by 2500+ attendees, 100+ Speakers and Industry experts and unparalleled learning across 50+ In-depth Knowledge Sessions.

Kicking off Day 2 with an energetic keynote session by Marc Effron, President, The Talent Strategy Group enlightened the attendees on how to create a holistic & effective talent strategy and the right approach to focus on the learning & development curve of employees.

Factors determining employees’ mental health have evolved, tricking evaluation of personal and professional milieu. The stakes are higher than ever, in an insightful session, “Smart Steps Make the Biggest Impacts : Planning for Employee wellbeing”, Shiv Nath Singh, Country Director & Senior Vice President , Prriti Narayan, Market HR Leader – Google India discussed the same.
In the closing Session of wellbeing conclave, “The future of workplace wellbeing – Ensuring quality employment in an ever-changing context’, Dr.Naresh Trehan, Chairman and MD, Medanta – The Medicity discussed the on current #pandemic situation and said we will sail through this, it will take us six to eight weeks, we’ll have to pay a price for it, but we will still make it.

“We need to revisit all our protocols and take out some key learnings to understand, what went wrong”, he added.

Speaking about the conference, Ms. Khanna said,
