Those values are also known as productive behaviours, as they are decided based on which values will help the organization to grow. By analyzing behavioral data, we would be tailoring recognition badges to motivate the employees and, at the same time inspiring other employees to follow the same behaviour. hese badges will serve as visible markers of accomplishment and expertise, fostering a sense of pride and recognition among employees. With an additional behavioural conditioning principle of Reinforcement Scheduling, we are introducing a few features and guidelines through AIRe framework to tailor such recognition with a variation of frequency and time.

Additionally, our R&D team is designing special badges that will be integrated into our platform. These special badges will signify unique achievements and contributions of employees. By introducing these special badges, we aim to highlight and celebrate exceptional employee efforts and behaviors.
